| Welcome to Noam Masorti Youth |
|
We are the zionist youth movement of the assembly of Masorti synagogues. Every year we have over 720 young people involved in Noam events. We believe strongly in grassroots involvement, and every week we run clubs and shabbatonim in the different masorti communities. We provide a place for young Jews to come and meet each other, form new friendships, have fun, and learn about their heritage in an informal atmosphere. We take seriously the notion from Jewish tradition that 'to save one life is like saving the entire world' and believe that each individual has much to offer, and we aim to help the individual to realise that. Israel Tour 2009 UpdateWe are excited about offering another once in a lifetime education experience in Israel next summer. We also know that we have a responsibility to make sure that in today's uncertain economic climate we are doing all we can to make Noam tour as affordable and accessible to as many people as possible. We have therefore frozen our Israel Tour prices. The prices for summer 2009 are the same as last year. Please note that we do not exclude anyone from our programmes for financial reasons. In conjunction with the UJIA we have bursaries available to help with the cost of Israel Tour. Please contact Jessie Schlagman at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
