Welcome to Marom Young Adults

We are a Jewish organisation facilitating social and educational events for young adults in grassroots, peer-led communities and university campuses in the UK, within the framework of Masorti Judaism. We are part of an international movement that strives to combine tradition and modernity into a meaningful way of living a Jewish life.

Throughout the year we have activities on various campuses,  a European trip, a trip to the Conservative Yeshiva in Jerusalem as well as events in the UK for all students.

Young Adult Communities:

Marom helps informal communities and groups of Masorti young adults in their 20s and 30s to engage in Shabbat meals, Jewish learning, social action, and many more exciting events. We currently support communities in Finchley, St. Alban’s, Golders Green, Islington, and in Borehamwood. If you are interested in finding out more information about any of these communities, or starting your own young adults’ group near you, please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Social Activists:

Many of you already know about Social Activists, a scheme that Noam is running this year to support university students in pursuing Social Action projects.

If you are a student and would like to find a volunteering placement or even have your own idea for a project that you’d like to set up then Social Activists can help, providing you with information about opportunities and training around causes that interest you.
